Engineer Md. Saiful Islam, Managing Director of Comfort Diagnostic Center (Pvt.) Ltd. and Comfort Nursing Home (Pvt.) Ltd. died at the Square Hospital at 8:00 PM on 12th July 2020 after having a heart attack. He was 64 years old at the time of his death.

His Janaza prayer were held at Comfort Hospital at 10:00 AM and at Gulshan Niketan Mosque after Johor prayer on 13th July 2020. He was buried at Banani Cemetery.
